I had a fantastic experience with CMC Car Sales in Mallow. Tony and Erin were friendly, kind, and helpful on so many levels. They answered all my questions with patience and great knowledge, explaining everything about the car and how to maintain it. Their honesty and professionalism made the whole process very comfortable.The BMW 330e I purchased was immaculate , the car was taken care of so well and extremely clean in every detail. Everything was transparent, accurate, and handled with genuine care.On a rainy day when we travelled from Cork by train, Tony kindly collected us from the station and even drove us back afterwards. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Erin was also incredibly welcoming, kind, and always helpful.I’m truly happy that I met Tony and Erin. They are wonderful people and exceptional professionals. I will keep recommending CMC Car Sales to others and will definitely return to them in the future.

Ladies/Gents--- GreetingsI was highly recommended to contact CMC via a Wexford contact. I made contact with Tony with a view to my 181 Trade in. From the moment Tony got in touch with me it has been an absolute pleasure to correspond with him.I finally got to meet him and Barry on Thurs 4th ( alas I was majorly delayed in my ETA due to the traffic/journey via Kerry) but yet Tony took the additional time to greet me. This whole relaxed ambiance, ,welcome put me at so much ease.[CMC is situated on the outskirts of Mallow - a fabulous well laid out showroom area/comfortable relaxed office and augmented by plenty of customer parking.]Most importantly Tony gave me great guidance as to a suitable TEST DRIVE route in leisure for both so as for me to get the different driving feel/road variants of Mallow terrain.Having discussed in advance my plans --He suggested that I take 2 different makes for a leisurely Test D. ( whilst my own was taken away for its respective drive/inspection etc).Both cars were superbly presented and in showroom condition.Tony and myself had a very lengthy relaxed pre test and post test discussion. Honestly he was so helpful, so accomodating and an absolute pure gent throughout especially given the fact as I stated I knew absolute ZERO re the mechanics of cars.Tony now knows what I need to decide upon with a view to his brilliant TEAM sourcing out my next 21/22.I have absolutely no doubt that my next car will be purchased @ CMC as our communication/negotiation towards closing a sale is most favourable.I would HIGHLY RECOMEND Tony & CMC TEAM ---5 star plus UNIQUE PERSONAL ATTENTION, TIME, COURTESY, HONESTY and INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GOALS for one and all.

We had a lovely experience purchasing a vehicle from Tony. He is an absolute gent who goes above and beyond for his customers. At every step of the process, he was patient, considerate and trustworthy. He gave us a good deal for our trade in and it never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us as customers (like many car dealers do). He was also generous enough to hand over the vehicle with a full tank a fuel when we picked it up (a courtesy so many dealerships skip over!).I would highly recommend Tony and his team to anybody looking to purchse their next vehicle, he is the real deal. We look forward to returning to Tony to purchase our next vehicle in the future.

I would like to give 7 stars if its possible. I got several cold faces from other dealers because they thought i was only wondering around. Then i found CMC cars, Erin and Tony were so helpful, they gave me a fair trade in deal and offered me tinted window because i have a small baby. I was truly surprised of how amazing the customer service can be. When They handled me the car, i was so shocked that the car looked fabulous. They did a very good full valet and paint correction. Everything was ready and straight forward. I will definitely recommend and come back for another car in the future. 👍👍👍

In line with the other reviews, we found Tony to be exceptional in his dealings with us. He was both genuine and straightforward and a perfect gent. Wonderful experience, fast and effective. Got my dream car within 48 hr`s, no issues. Tony is a gentleman and really appreciates and knows how to value his customers and he did not low ball my trade in, got what I was expecting. I would recommend him and his business 100%. Hope to return for my next car after a short while as he has a beautiful stock of well maintained cars.

I found CMC CAR Sales very easy to deal with. Tony was a great help in choosing our new car. Although second hand we received the car looking like it was fresh out of the box. Would recommend a visit if you are car shopping!
